If you are looking for guidance on a specific case or have specific questions, we will cover that during the consultation. If you need a little more help, the consultation will serve as an intake session where we will develop a long-term plan based on your specific needs and budget.
Service trade deals are available for those interested. We are always looking for help in assisting during training sessions, transportation assistance, social media content creation, administrative tasks and more.

FACILITY CONSULTING AND STAFF TRAINING
Ashlee Osborn, KPA-CTP FDM, has over 10 years of experience in the dog daycare industry.
Seven years ago, after adopting a client dog who developed severe confinement distress, reactivity and dog aggression issues after months of daily daycare attendance, Ashlee set out on an educational journey. Her goal was to find realistic ways to improve the behavioral and emotional welfare of daycare and boarding dogs in the facility she was managing.
Thus, the idea for Dog Daycare Done Better was born. Ashlee spent the next several years working with a variety of facilities to help implement changes that improved the welfare of the dogs and the business.
In 2021 Ashlee founded Pawsitive Pups Academy and begun offering mobile daycare services to a select set of clients in the Omaha, NE area, while continuing to provide staff training workshops to local daycare facilities.
In late 2023, Ashlee began offering Dog Daycare Done Better Coaching Services to daycare and boarding facilities looking to create or revamp their daily operations with a training and enrichment focus.
